Dr. Jennifer R. Cooper

A native of Arkansas, she received her Bachelor of Science degree in microbiology from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville. She is a 2002 graduate of Louisiana State University School of Dentistry in New Orleans. Dr. Cooper began practicing in New Orleans. She moved to Shreveport in 2005 with her husband, Mike, who is a Shreveport native. She is a member of the American Dental Association, Louisiana Dental Association, Northwest Louisiana Dental Association, and Ark-La-Tex Academy of Dentistry.

Dr. Jennifer Cooper’s primary focus is getting to know her patients and making sure they feel comfortable while providing excellent dental care. She enjoys spending time with her three boys. She also enjoys running and practicing yoga.

Dare I say that 5 stars is an understatement. After a few nightmare visits at other clinics, my family and I decided to make BFDC our home for dental care. Everyone is very courteous and professional. The office is immaculately maintained, and every precaution is taken to ensure a safe and pleasurable experience. Even in the chair, you can drown in serenity while gazing over the garden. The office is very child friendly as well. My son was given a pair of cool sunshades so that the exam lamp wouldn't shine in his eye. He also became very fond of "Mr. Thirsty". Before leaving he was treated to a goody bag of dental treats (toothbrushes, floss, etc.) and then even got a trip to the treasure chest. Can't say enough about BFDC. Thanks for all you do.

The dentist is a pretty scary place, even as an adult but BFD definitely makes it easier. The staff is absolutely wonderful from the front desk all the way to the back. The fact they listen to my needs and concerns is one thing but the staff truly cares about their patients and makes me like I matter. The environment is top notch, I recommend them to everyone!

Dr. Cooper has been my dentist for 10 years. She remembers every detail you've shared with her as if she saw you yesterday. Through many procedures she has made sure I am comfortable (I have a zero pain threshold). She is the only dentist I have ever had that called me at home that evening to see if I'm alright. Not surprising, that at a fundraiser for Great Therapeutic Riding in Greenwood (a life changing handicapped riding program) there was Dr. Cooper. Broadmoor is a Family Dentistry!

I have been going to Broadmoor Family Dental for a few years now. I will admit I hate going to the dentist and have been that way all my life, but the staff here is amazing and compassionate. Each and every time I call or go in, the staff is very courteous and professional. I never have to wait for my appointment. They are always on time. Dr. Cooper is very genuine and caring and takes her time to thoroughly explain all your options with you and has so much patience with you. In my lifetime I have never been seen at a dentist office where the staff treat you like family like they do at Broadmoor Family Dental….

Broadmoor Family Dental is a complete experience. The office staff is kind, and helpful. They go above and beyond to make sure we always understand our services, and make scheduling a breeze. Dr. Cooper and her hygienists make dental visits enjoyable. With six children there is always one or two that have apprehension to sitting in the chair, but you’d never know it when they’re at BFD. Everything was great. The front desk receptionists, the dental hygienist, the cleanliness of everything, and Dr Cooper. I had a very good experience. The energy was happy and helpful. They even have a sign at the front that says to let them know if you’ve waited for longer than 10 mins. How many times have you seen that at a doctor’s office?? I never have! Couldn’t recommend them more.
