No treatment we provide will be effective long-term unless you follow up with proper, routine home care. Brushing and flossing after every meal or at a minimum twice daily is recommended. Many improperly or infrequently perform these tasks, but no worries – we are here to help you learn.

When brushing hold the brush at 45-degree angle to teeth and gently rotate bristles in circular motion

Use Toothpaste That Contains Flouride

When flossing, freely move upwards, downwards, and in a C-shape motion.
